Default oil in spark plug hole?

My friend has a 91 integra with b16. We went to check out the spark plugs and cylinder 2 and 4 is soaked in oil..i'm talking like a pool of oil like 3 inches down. We couldn't even see the spark plug! I have no idea what the problem is..could it be a seal or something? thanks in advance

On the bottom of the valve cover there are 4 seals. One for each spark plug hole. Get yourself (or your buddy) a valve cover gasket kit.

Probably want to get new plugs too. They're probably fucked.

pull your valve cover, turn upside down, you will see 4 rubber seals around the spark plug holes.
