The key cylinder on the column of my 93 del sol was damaged when it was stolen, but I repaired it. When I put the key in the ignition it will only turn over in nuetral. When I go to take the key out, it will not turn all the way off to remove the key unless I disconnect the battery. I'm sure there is some kind of interlock but I don't know where it is or how it works. Can anybody help?

The ignition cylinder is OK the only part that was damage was the part that wraps around the steering column. I used some JB weld to put the pieces back together.
