What do u guys think.

no it would have a muffler. you run the stock **** all the way up till the cat. rite after the cat u put a magnaflow muffler... one of those round ones like a 4in round on acts as a race muffler or resinator and then run piping so that it faces the end perpendicular to the car then have a nice sleek tip that will match teh body good.

if your gunna run a cutout before one of the tires its stupid to have a muffler..youd just use a downpipe custom bent to where it exits..with a stainless tip or something..it wouldnt be street legal but thats the only thing that wouldnt be retarded..

actually i went to a shop and was holding tips up o the side of the car under it and **** and it looks pretty neat. i had to done to my scion tc for a lil but when i had it and then switched to a skunk 2 cat back. it was too loud out the side no cats no mufflers header down pipe and 2.5 in pipe. when i switched to a full cat back i still didn't have a cat but i was pulled over for flammable exhaust. thats why i would keep everything stock and have a muffler to keep the noise down since the piping is so short.

not sure what color your car is? LOL

Anyways... Why would you want a muffler in a place its not suppose to be. If you want something like your talking about and wondering why you havent seen anyone do it .. Maybe its because it will look retarded

are we talking about cutting through the side skirt or something?

if u want somethign diffrent, get hondas RR exhaust from japan. along with the lip kit.

honestly its not gonna make that big of a diff in performance. if i had a custom 2.5in mandrel bent catback put on with a HKS muffler or a Apex-i N1 muffler it would make damn close to the same numbers as any other 2.5in catback. its not b/c its a company that its making the power exhaust is exhaust whats proven that by increasing the pipe size u get better flow and more hp with less tq due to back pressure loss.

Side exhaust looks dumb on cars that don't have dual exhaust (so get a V8 otherwise it's not so cool). It's cool on a Viper, or a Cobra, but not a Civic, or any 4 banger.

Anyways, back on topic.

Bronze can look pretty sweet on a FBP car. As for exhaust, you're right it doesn't really matter. I got the LSD setup because it fits the Sedan unlike the others (as a direct bolt on anyway) and a million people don't have it which I liked.

So shop around but plz don't go side exit.

I think your title should have been more descriptive. I plan on keeping my exhaust stock. As far as custom goes I'll install a header with an electric exhaust cut out just before the cat.
