Is there any way to active/deactive alarm silently without the car honking everytime? It gets annoying, thanks.

depends, on some alarms there is a button you can press that sorta switches modes, then you can arm the alarm without the beep/honk but you may still get the corner lights/headlights flashing. Again, this is all dependent upon the car and alarm you have.

On 7th gen Accords the alarm will arm (within 10 seconds) when the doors are locked, either by the driver's door switch, or pushing the remote lock button one time. The horm will only sound if you push the remote button twice.
