b20 block, b16 head, b16 tranny

hey i have a hatch laying around and a b16 head from my b16 i had in my em1.

will a b20z block fit with a b16 head and tranny?, and also..whats a ballpark estimate of a b20z block?

thats the same setup i have..and a b20 would roughly go for 400-600 bucks depending if they sell you just the the block, or thye actual longblock
