Incorrect. Maybe you're referring to intake manifold bolt patterns. The B16 and ITR are the same, while the GSR's is different.

The header will fit, but you'll probably have to extend the wires to your O2 sensor. The catylitic converter will be located under the car with the EX manifold shold you choose to run one.
