Um...06 was the first model year for the 8th gen civic...since the 07 is also an 8th gen, and the final year for the 8th gen has not arrived...see where I'm going with this?

Same motor!

Turbo or Super may be too much speed for TurboWill.

Nissan changed and updated the motor after 3 years of use in the G. They updated between MY05-MY06. The G35 has been out for some time and has had several updates. Our Civic's only include MY06 and MY07, not ready for an update yet. Another year or two before Honda makes an update for our k20z3s.

I know a little bit of useless Nissan info since also I own a 350z.

They don't usually update do they? I mean they updated the RSX slightly but civics? Don't they just wear one model out then do an overhaul?

96-98 Civics were updated 99-00, Si was also added.
Depends on sales and other factors, I guess.

To answer your question, yes you can use the supercharger or turbo kits for the 06 si on your 07 si.

Comptech is back but not sure if they are back in production. Call them direct if you can, and call CorSport to see if they are selling again. You will get a better price if you buy from a vendor.

Pretty sure they are not yet 100% back up and producing superchargers, but like I said, all it takes is a phone call.

I don't think they are "in stock" per se, but this does mean Comptech is ramping up and actually producing SCs again. I would call CorSport before placing an order though, just to see what they have to say about it.
