Hello first time poster here. any help would be greatly appreciated.

ive got a f22b2 and i was wondering what is the easiest head to bolt on.. ie z2 but i need local stuff (canada/US) ive heard of some people swapping on the h22a heads. but i was also wondering if the heads from the f23 blocks will fit as well such as the A1 in particular.

im also aware of the dificulties of bolting on a dohc head to a sohc block. but thats okay because simple modifacations arnt a problem.

and when it comes to the trannys . when it comes to local stuff what is the best option for a transmision? anything i should look out for in particular? is it worth it putting in the h22a gears ? cost is a factor but any information is appreciated. whats the best ecu for performance as well?....

im looking to go forced induction via turbo setup so if there is anything special about these transmissions and not liking the power then please let me know.,
