I put a 72mm bdl throttle body on my car. I ran into a problem. The car has trouble starting but when it does it idles a little high. Then when I give it gas it dies.

The car is going to be a turbo but I put the motor in without it. It is a 2.0l ls/vtec. It has ferra valves, bc dual valve springs and ti retainers, 3 angle valve job, p&p, type r cams and vitor x manifold. It is a gsr head.

The block is ge sleeves, arias 9:1 pistons,eagle rods,ls crank mircopolished and balanced.

Right now it is running on the stock gsr computer till I can get the turbo put in then it will be on hondata s300.

If this is a new install make sure you really have the tps plug plugged into the tps.There is another plug with the same end on the wire harness.
