replaced oil pan gasket, did it differently than whats normally posted

Default Got In A Fight With My Bottom End...






so my old gasket snapped from block heated pressure.....


i didn't think it would be possible, but with the help of my g/f, a newfound greasemonkee. i was able to slide the old gasket off the pan and replace it with a new one. without detatching the downpipe or dropping the pan.

it would've been easier if i was at work and could use a lift, but i decided to knock it out at home with the good old ramps.

no particular reason for this post, just figured i would share my experiences like the rest of you
