i just got my car back after 3 weeks from willis honda in N.J. [more on this later] ...while i was at willis i purchased a hfp full lip kit ...i have the reciept from the front lip but never got pics of it...last night i got hit buy a drunk driver [will post pics tonight] but the cop threw out my bumper and need pics of a rallie red with a hfp kit on it....my insurence will not cover it unless they have pics of it so <U>please post pics of a rally red with hfp full kit.</U>

your receipt is proof enough for the insurance, especially if its from the dealer.

 

I'm pretty sure if they figure out it's not your car, you're also gonna get nailed for insurance fraud.

If you have the sides and rear too, it's gonna be common sense that the front was wrecked.

 

Is it really worth getting potentially arrested over?

im not making a fraud claim they only wanted pics of what the lip kit looks like..the cops threw it out along with the si grill but gave me the bumper and told me to try to put it on..the lip was half off the bumper after the crash and the cop just riped it off when i was not looking....thanks but does anyone have a clearer pic???? pics of my car will be up tomorrow...

 

i only bought the lip kit from honda i was having a local body shop put it on for me...because of time issues i had them only put the front on ...i was going back on saturday to have them do the sides and rear...

Then ask them for a receipt for insurance purposes. If a body shop will acknowledge installing it, that will work too.

Receipt from Honda dealership+receipt from install+ remaining lip parts= no hassle. I wouldn't try to pass off a different car you might get yourself into a lot of trouble.

Just get a statement from the cop that he chunked your bumper, and a reciept from the dealer showing your purchase, maybe even a technician to make a written vouch of you purchase and install.

dont send pictures of car with pre installed kit, you dont want to get mix results, the bodyshop will help out since they did the install and you paid that gives you a receipt... dont offense but the cops are sometims idiots

 

damn that sedan is clean. I think they look best in red for sure.
