Default Car cranks, WONT START? Fuel pump? Bad Injectors?

Well I finally got a day off work and decided to install my SX fuel pressure regulator, and my accel 310cc injectors. I didn't get a chance to install my Walbro 255 yet.

I was running H22 injectors before, when I pulled them out they were all kinds of fucked up.

So after I install my regulator and injectors, and set the fuel pressure back to 45psi, everything is bolted down and back together like it should, the car only cranks, it won't start.

I'm thinking the injectors are just shot, I bought them off someone local, they appeared to be brand new, they were still in the boxes w/ the red caps on each end.

Question, would the stock fuel pump not push 310's? When I get a chance I'm going to install the Walbro but I figured I'd post up to see if the stock pump will push my 310's.

I also noticed the fuel pressure kind of jumps between 38-42 sometimes.

I'll post my setup just incase it matter

B18C1 bottom end
81.5mm CP 12.5:1
Eagle rods
GSR crank

B16 head
3 angle valve job blah blah blah
Skunk2 valvetrain
Titanium retainers
Sunk2 Pro Series Stage 1 cams
Ferra valves

Tuned on crome w/ the h22 injectors and stock fuel pump

Another question I had was will I be safe to drive the car to my tuner w/ the new fuel pump and injectors installed, or should I not even try and run it untill it's retuned?

with those injectors it would be wise to install that fuel pump. yo can adjust your fuel pressure depending on the duty cycle on your injectors just my .02

Yeah i plan on installing the Walbro as soon as I get some free time and see if that will push the injectors.

My guess is that some expletive sold me some injectors that are shot and I'll have to buy new ones.

It's possible your injectors are bad, but all four. One thing, that car is set to run your stock injectors, might be crome, and that it's not setup for those injectors. Try swapping back to a stock fuel pressure regulator. You have crome you don't really need that anyways.

I went to put the stock regulator back on to see if that was the problem, but as i took the rail off I noticed that one of the injectors O-Rings went bad. It wasn't leaking any gas before, but now I can't troubleshoot my problem until I get the new o rings.

No comment on you injector choice, however;
310cc/min = 29.45 lb/hr x 4 injectors = 117.8 lb/hr which your stock pump should have no problem supporting at 45 psi.

Yeah I didn't think 310's were too much for a stock pump.

Thanks for your input! I'm gonna switch out regulators and see if that does anything, but chances are I'll be ordering my new injectors in a couple days.

Prolly go with 370's.

Took injectors out, left them connected to the rail.

Cranked the car and there was no fuel coming out of the injectors.

Ordered RC 370cc's.

Are they peak and hold injectors or saturated? I think H22 are peak and hold, what are the Accel's ?
