TPS C E L

Ok so I did a swap on my friends 99 dx. I have a cel for tps, and I changed the tps twice. The car idles like crap. What could it be???

when you change it, you need to adjust it with a multimeter.

with a multimeter. red lead to middle wire, black wire to battery negative. adjust so tps at close is .5 volt and it should read 4.5+V at wide open throttle
