i have a 2001 honda civic ex with the d17 engine, i have a ame v2 intake, full headers and exhaust, i am happy with the performance of my car but i want a lil more power what is the next best thing i could do to see some more gains?

 

you could bolt on a turbo and leave it at about 6-8psi and have about 160-180WHP or build the engine for further gains.... k20 swap is the next option

 

if you do turbo your intake header and exhaust will all be replaced, if you put a nitrous kit you can keep everything you have already and make noticeble gains

I'd say out of all the turbo D17's out there 5-10 have an aftermarket IM' and thats becuase they are fully built D17's
