well, if it wasn't coming on before, it only makes sense that something isn't connected correctly. Check a chilton or haynes manual. Go step by step through what you did and how you put it back together.

if that was the case the light probably wouldn't be on. It could be as simple as a loose connection.

why cant you make a properly labeled thread title?

the light is on because you unplugged the expletiving air bag... the system reconized that and to turn it off, you need to "reset" it.

I honestly don't know.. Both your attitudes are the same which I love lol. I can picture you saying this to someone. You one day will have a 95% as well I'm almost there myself!

They don't mean it's illegal to spray on the streets (which it is), they're talking about using your horn button as a nitrous switch, that's illegal. ******* put in a flip switch right the expletive in your dash someplace. Just flip it and put the throttle down.... Doesn't have to be some fast and the furious **** w/ steering wheel buttons 'n ****...

I hope while you're working on your horn nitrous button the ******* airbag explodes in your face.

How did you remove the dash for my honda civic DX 95 ? I am trying to replace my dash but it won't come off. Seems like something is holding it in the middle. I managed to unscrew everything on the sides. Any help would be much appreciated. Thnaks!

14 replies and nobody has gotten it right ... sad

Your SRS light is on because you unplugged the airbag. You have to manually reset the system every time you do this. It's unavoidable.

Here is how to RESET the SRS system.

Next time make your own thread.

Also, I'd venture to say there's a good chance this is true for 5Gs too, but on 6Gs there's a bolt in the very middle of the dash underneath a little cover. You need a very long extension to get it (so I hear).
