Default Freshly built engine break in using what ECU? (already searched a lot)

I made some post in Integra forum but I figure maybe I get more response here. I really to know the answer.

I know this question has been covered before, and I already searched a lot. I read about Earl's article, importtuner's...but I'm still not clear about what ECU or map should I use when I first fire up the engine. My engine just got rebuilt.

Set up:

'97 B18c1
CP 9.8:1 compression (my block was decked, head was resurfaced, and I have flat bottom valve so it is like stock GSR compression)
Eagle rods
Stock gsr injectors
Stock fuel pressure regulator
Victor X intake manifold
Bore out throttle body
Stock gsr cams
Stock timming
Some Jasma 4-2-1 header
Apexi WS2 catback
Magnaflow Hi Flow cat
Some short ram intake

My car is pretty much like stock except for couple mods. Stock cams, fuel pressure, injectors, timing, compression. So my question is can I use stock USDM OBD2 P72? I just need to use this right ECU to fire up, idle and break in then I will tow to the tuner? I won't beat the engine with this ECU. Will it be okay? I also have JDM OBD2 P73 and P28 chipped with Crome Pro. Thanks for any input!

Forgot to mention the bore is 81.5mm not 81mm.
