Default German Needs Advice

yo, im not new to the honda scene, ive ben involved in b series turbo cars(b16t,gsrwb16 head t) in an eg just for some street fun... i now am selling everything while im in europe for a couple of months, i have a new audi as my daily and saved myself enough money for a house is sf for when i come back. i wanna build a track dedicated eg (turbo). while here in europe i meet the kids from ttr performance and lerned alot more about k series...im done with streetracing for now, to meany close calls..so i wanna ask ppl with experience in the track drag racing scence... i wanna buile a. a type r built on boost, or a k 20 on boost, i know it will cost me about 5500 for a full k swap, and to build a type r will also runn me about 5500, but what i dont know is about a turbo kit for a , which motor will bring more power, i wanna invest 7 k motor wise and i deff wanna go turbo no nitrous

Id say...

Benson Sleeved B series to a 2.0L Hit up "earl" here on Honda-tech. That's the Laskey Family. Have them build an engine for you. K series would be too expensive to break IMO. the cost to benefit ratio hasn't quite come down to my liking.

If you're in california...you have "the" scene.

Hit up several H-T vendors on here for your 700-800whp goals. I beleive Arturbo could use a good customer

you dont need a type r.
if you are building, start with a gsr. save a little loot and spend it elsewhere.

built LS block, b16 head and a big turbo= a fast track car

U can make the same power for less money on a B, thats for damn sure.

ok i figured, but i dont see how building an ls vtec is better than a gsr or type r turbo? sure more turque for the ls, but i dont see to meany reliable ls vtecs
