ITR wheels for 300 on craigslist? Fishy? You tell me.
He probably doesn't realize that, in good condition (which he doesn't mention), they could be worth a lot more than that. And he's hoping for a local buyer, which doesn't help the pricing. Maybe he's asked around locally without finding anyone who could use them, because the ITR is so rare.

not to go OT but i got this local guy that will sell his EDM itr wheels for around 350 but he did mention they have some ferodo so they need painting, just in case anyone might be interested (of course they would have to be shipped to usa lol)
