I have had no luck finding OEM fog lights which are placed on the front OEM bumper on the 96 and newer del sol; similar to the location of the EK civics.
I 've tried majestic honda parts and they have no listing for them.
Any one know where i can get a pair?

they are discontinued, you will have to find them used

 

Try just calling your nearest honda dealer's parts shop. It's probably going to be more costly than you're willing to pay, but it's a last resort, and if you want it bad enough, you'll save up and fork it over. If not, start scouring the junkyards!

 

a brand new complete set just sold on ebay for $275 + shipping..so its not THAT expensive, just hard to come by..
