Default Question about shift boots.

I read somewhere that you can use the ITR or CTR shift boot with the Prelude. Which one works best? I heard that one is taller than the other.

I have an EJ1 shift boot. It was a little tight, but I got it to work (replaced those staples with pop rivets )
