Noob question (transmission)

Do they make 98-present accords with manual transmissions?

yes they do,most are auto but they do have manual trans ones as well.

98-02 only 4cy were a manual 03+ you can get the v6 with a six speed

Just stay away from the V6 auto in the 98-02 Accords. Good luck finding a stick
