OT: personalized spamming will only get you banned.
To whom this regards, if you wish to promote your site, i dont think the admins would mind if you posted a thread in each forum...but msg personal members 1 by 1 is 
i realize you have only good intentions but please, dont turn this into a spam board either

Spammers will be spammers. If they get locked out of h-t, they'll register another identity. You can only slow them down. Seems best to me to just ignore them and contact an admin.

I think you mean "subnets"... and that wouldn't be exactly fair for the possibly 100's of other people that might want to get on Honda Tech as well from that same network. Say a school, or a cable modem network
banning submasks usually is effective.

... submasks defines host/class configuration octets while the subnets are the superclasses of ip addys...but around here...they are interchangable ...must be a NY thing
