Sparking when turned to the "ON" position

Sparking when turned to the "ON" position
Not sure why it does it but my car sparks when its turned to the 'ON' position and rarely starts. It also shuts off shortly after its started. Ive replaced the battery, distributor, fuel filter, checked the main relay, and replaced the ECU. Still doing it. Any ideas? Cars a 89 CRX DX

No it turns over and very rarely starts. It sparks at the plugs. Its only ran 3 times. Not sure what it could be and why it would be sparking when it just gets turned to ON

Plugs = Spark Plugs, Dist Plug, Engine harness plug, ETC ?

I bet the switch behind the key is bad. I had one of mine do this. I start it and it would "fire" and immediately die. I think I got mine for $35 from Honda. Very easy to do.
