Injen CAI Bypass Valve???????
Hey,
I was wondering if anyone knows is an AEM bypass valve would work and an Injen cold air intake. I know that Injen sells that hydrocover but I was reading into it and it says that it is not even waterproof. And it also looks like it is very restrictive to air. Thanks

The AEM bypass valve will work with any CAI as long as the piping is the same size as the bypass valve. IIRC, the AEM bypass valve comes in three sizes (3", 3.5", and 4").

It will fit as long as it is the right diameter. I actually have an AEM bypass valve for sale, brand new/never used in the box for $15 shipped. I bought it for my 94 lude but it will fit any intake with a diameter of 2 3/4". let me know if you're interested.
Thanks but I have a 3" so that bypass valve wouldn't work. Also, does the bypass valve install right were the filter is or on the opposite end where the throttle body is?

If you put it right where the filter is what would be the point of having it? If you submerge the bypass valve you just defeated the whole purpose....
