the black below the license plate. its stock right now, but i think i like the black.

i have since this picture added mudflaps and removed the rear wiper.

EDIT: the bumper is all red right now. The black was photoshopped on.

Yay = paint it black
Nay = keep it red

do not paint it, don't paint flaps either, just paint the skirts

I like it the way it is.... If i had a 98 rear bumper, I'd prob do the same thing...

 

paint the rear and sideskirts

 

leave the rear and flaps alone....just paint the skirts

i would paint the skirts but id leave the back alone.

Leave it, Paint the sides, and get the ITR rear valences .

paint it black if it isn't, keep it black if it is. Having a hard time telling if you think its stock that way or if its photoshopped and you are saying its currently red... in any case
