My band played a gig the other night and our manager let us borrow his truck to haul our equipment...and the only car we could trade was my Rex...so he got to drive it...he's 6'4" and always talks sh*t on my car...so when he finally showed up, he told me all his coworkers saw him driving it and said it looked like a retarded DeLorean, which to me was funnier than the other names my friends have called it... I.E. roller skate, door stop...just thought I'd share that funny moment

 

but is it fast??? if it was then they wouldn't make fun of it.. girls always call my firends rex cute it pisses me of use to be my car painted it corvette blue, but after the ride they don't think it's cute. then it's like fast for a crx then we are like want to try it with the nos

 

I had a white 99 GS-R with a Type R rear wing and that looked like a roller skate. I was thinking about airbrushing shoe laces up the hood. Never heard door stop b4, but I like it!

I have a gold rex. It has been called the Rexican(because she thinks it looks like a mexican mobile) no offense to anyone. Or the Goldie Honda. You get it Goldie Hawn. Or what abou this one. The trash mobile. Yeah that's the best one. Ha!

 

my family makes fun of mine and calls it a remote controled car. I was leaving my dads one day and he came out of the house with his hands behind his back and as soon as i started to pull out. he brings out the radioshack remote control and you get the idea.

 

Yeah, but think of how it feels when someone calls your Civic Hatch a station wagon.

 

i think when people put that huge "supra" style wing on the back, like the one on the ww show crx...looks like a shopping cart? my grandfather always asks me how my briggs&stratton is running....saying it is a go-cart. but at least it is a fast damn go-cart.

 

Dude, I don't really care when chicks call my car cute. It's almost like someone calling my GF cute...it's a good thing!

 

Funniest name I heard for the guys that "rice" the hell out of the car (I.e. bodykits, stickers, neons, huge wings and nothing but a stock engine under the hood) is a Shopping cart. Especially when the wing is higher then the roof line of the car it's on.

THat's what I'm saying. One of my ladies girls comes over to my house and sees the rex and says,"That is sooooo cute, girl!" I just look at her like she's an alien. Man, I hate when they say that, but oh well, I sold it a while ago now.
