Can someone tell me what sensor this is on D15b Vtec *PIC*
I was cleaning up some wiring and my dumb *** screwed up the connector to this sensor. I basically pulled the one wire out on accident. Is it the coolant temp sensor? What is the sensor? Also where can I get a new one or is there one from something else that fits.
If im not mistaken, that is the coolant temp sensor. You should be able to find another one at any wrecking yard or even at the local parts store... let us know what you find out.
Good Luck!

WRONG.. Fast idle thermo valves are on the eather the throttle body or the intake mani,
A coolant temp sensor is just that a sensor. the FITV is a valve that adjusts idle speeds in certain temperatures

me to hahaha...
and yeah theres lots of those plugs on OBD-0 OBD-1 and OBD-2 harnesses, the only difference is the color they'll all work. Just test fit it before you wire it up because i think there may be a couple that are slightly different.
