Default b18c5 swap

im planning to put in a b18c5 into my 90 crx and i've been searching for weeks on information as to the difficulty of this swap. i.e. what needs to be welded, special components i will need and such.

i have used the search feature, but everything i come up with is people telling other people to use it.

does anyone know of a good writeup, or does anyone know of someone that has done it, and would be willing to give me a little direction?

I did this recently. If you have any Q's PM me and I can answer most everything as I went through all the different options before I settled on what I did.

Some notes ahead of time. Your front crossmember will work, but you have to modify it quite a bit to get the engine to fit either hack it up and reweld it or buy aftermarket. Look at Wes Vann's web page for a good write up on modifying aftermarket crossmembers to give decent ground clearance. Either way remove the crossmember before you install the engine unless you have the aftermarket C/M

Buy the 90-93 Integra radiator as its a drop in double core and will fit the hoses size wise for the engine.

HASport makes a crossmember don't they?

Use a ZC hood for clearance too.
