WILL A 4 DOOR HOOD FIT MY HATCH I NEED TO KNOW ASAP
I HAD A EG 4 DOOR AND PUT AN EG HATCH HOOD ON AND IT FIT
BUT I THINK THE 4 DOORS ARE DIFF.

 

SOMEONE HAS TO KNOW

 

Only way to know for sure is to try it.

I'm almost 100% sure they are different.

 

I want to say that the sedan hood is longer than the hatch hood... i could be wrong but like DENZCOMP said the only way to know for sure is to try it out and see what happens.

I went to the junkyard a few months back to pick up a hood for my hatch.

They print out interchanges for parts for free. You just tell them what you're looking for and they'll give you a piece of paper telling you what else will fit.

Sedans were not on that list.

 

This is true... i know that the local boneyards here in cali (pick-n-pull) will do that for you.
Just go ask them for an interchangeable parts list

 

don't think it will work, saw someone try and put the sedan hood on a hatch, didn't fit for ****, come to think of it, it was one of the project threads here
