I was going down the highway running with an older 300zx and some big boat (never seen a car like this before couldn't read the name) at 100 mph on the speedo, I drop to fourth floor it for what seems like forever and I hit say 118 mph on the speedo, I shift to fifth and floor it another long wait and I hit what I seen as 123-4 on the speedo. All three cars slow down do to some traffic, We got passed it and I dropped to fourth again, I hit 110 and shift to fifth. I hold it for a while and the motor stumbles. I let go of the gas and try again,This time it dies at full throtle. I ease off and it picks up again at half throtle. Even With Down shifting I lost to much speed to stay on the road so I pull of to the side and slowly come to a chugging stop. The keys are on engine's dead, I try to start it and it starts to run then stops. I take a few to smoke a cig outside the car, Hop back in start it up and im on the road again. At midrange this time it kinda sputters, But gets past it. I look at the ECU when I get home and it just keeps flashing once every four seconds it does it while I drive too so I know it can't be a code.... Any ideas?????

Your computer is throwing a code, regardless of if you are driving your car or not. Let us know what the code is and then you can go and troubleshoot.
If it flashes once every 4 seconds, it sounds like your oxygen sensor is gone bad (code 1). Try cleaning your O2 sensor with some brake clean, and disconnect your battery for a minute or 2 to reset the ECU, then see if the drivability improves.

I counted as high as 37 (I got tired of counting)... Codes for a 91 civic dx only go to 20 right? It just keeps blinking the whole time i drive, until I turn the car off.

I just replaced it with a universal one from advance about three weeks ago, It did show a code one after I replaced it though. Ill pull it out after work tonight. Is there any thing further up stream that would make the o2 sensor go bad, Say bad rings?
Thanks,
