Default Speedometer/Odometer question

This is going to sound kinda stupid, but if the speedometer is only KM/h, the odometer is in km right? So the reading of 141,000 would really be about 87,000mi?

That would make sense. Is the car CDM or was the cluster swapped? (Does a CDM cluster include MPH as well?)

I dont know all the details about the car, the person I bought it from didn't seem to know much about the car and never took care of it so I dont know if it was CDM or if it was a cluster swap. Im going to buy another cluster because the gauges look nasty and almost all the bulbs are out so I dont want to deal with that. was just wondering if I ended up saying I have almost double the actual mileage when I filled out the title application and make myself look like a dummy if I sell the car.
