Default rev problem, 00 civic ex with si swap wont rev past 4,000 rpm, slow rev and bog

i have a 2000 civic ex and recently swapped in a 92-95 b16a.
i started the car and the car will hit the rev limiter at 4,000, its throwing codes like 21, 4, and 42.when i first started it the rev was off a bit and it would go high then low with the check engine light on the whole time!, then it went away and hasnt done it since the code that it would throw is the crank angle sensor. i switched from a p28 to a po6 ls ecu i think and it did the same thing
this problem is very frustrating and i can use any tips or help i can get I need tips or answers !ASAP
