Crower cams like to turn them selves into multiple pieces sometimes. I'd definitely go Skunk2, the cam you need is dependant on the turbo/manifold setup you're running. If you have a nice turbo setup, the Pro 1's kick ***!

You might notice the products that i recommend, they're all products i believe in. Garrett, TiAL, Full Race, Skunk 2, etc. The more people there are buying the right stuff and having success and good results, the better this industry is going to be. Buying junk parts doesn't get any of us anywhere except for the shitty manufacturer that made the sale.

I know of two cars Skank2 PRO cams broke on. I dunno if it's a cam design problem (bad ramp angle like Crower, or bad material selection), incompatible valvetrain, or what. Both cars Skank2 overnighted replacement parts for free, which made me think they were concerned about their name and trying to improve what they had. Got any insight?

I have to say I like the two sets of Brian Crower cams I've played with.

No insight on that, never seen or heard of an S2 cam failure. As a big manufacturer, you can't be too surprised that they would next day air someone replacement parts in such a situation. This industry is too small to not take care of your customers!
