Default GSR/Typr-R tranny swap.

Anybody ever have any experience with what I mentioned in the title here. I have a 2001 GSR and would like to swap out the transmission with a Type-R. I've obtained bearing noise in the current one and feel it necassary to upgrade if possible. I originally thought it was the throw-out bearing, so I replaced the clutch with a pretty burley performance one by RAM. Still have noise. I've owned the car since April and new this was gonna catch up with me. Any advice to start with would be good. Thanks.

If you get an R Tranny, make sure its the JDM one with the 4.7 Final Drive because if you go with the US Spec your paying for a B16 Tranny with an LSD.
