Can u put after market pistons (NOA) on eagle rods?

Can u put after market pistons (nippon) on eagle rods?
I have a set of factory b16a pistons and a blown set of srp pistons that were on eagle rods. I was wondering if there was any way to get the pin machined or something to be put on the eagle rods. Or can I order some Nippon aftermarket pistons and put those on the eagle rods. Anybody have a set of 81.5mm low comp. pistons they want to get rid of?
