Have you tried Jet? I thought that you could tell them what you wanted and they would program it for you, maybe try them.

http://www.hondata.com they have a very extensive package that includes ECU control unit and all the software you would ever need basic package about $300 full blown $800
take a look the hondata site. I think you will be impressed with what they offer. I know I was (I have a background in computer programming) and they have reverse engineered the ECU for the Honda cars. They offer the ability to correctly program the fuel ratio for any mods that you have made in 100 RPM incriments

ECU modifications do nothing without other mods.
i guess that you just do not understand what the hondata system is..... it is for use on modified cars and it retains all of the honda ECU codes with the ability to alter the data DEPENDING UPON YOUR ENGINE SETUP. it is not a racing chip, it is something that you would use to get the best out of your current setup. this is not a racing chip it is a whole engine management solution.

I have a hondata stage II, and think im adequatelly versed on how it works......
