Default heres a dumb question

ok guys. pardon my ignorance but im trying to find out if a obd1 head will work with obd2 block? or is the head really the only "obd" part that matters?

Take off the intake manifold and exhaust and 98% of all heads are the same.

well i know for a fact the intake mani is different. im just trying to find out if using an obd1 head with obd2 block will matter?

It wont matter. Remember though.. B series with B.. D with D.. H with H...you get the picture

bb and dd are correct ut h and f can swap..................

b20b f20c f22c and d16a1 are exceptions
