How do you remove Primer over spray from a rim?

How do you remove Primer over spray from a rim?
Just bought some rims...all of them are clean except for one. It has some primer over spray on it. How can I remove the primer and not damage the rim. They Rota Jmags. Here are some pics:

Anyways...I think I'll try the Clay bar first...if that doesn't work I'll try the nail polish remover.
For the guys suggesting Nail Polish Remover...are you sure it won't affect the clear coat on the rims? I think it would be easier...but I don't wanna come back 6 months later and see clear coming off the rim.
