We already have the same final drive and 1-3 as an 01-06 ITR

Here is what that CTR final drive will do for you:

Normal K20Z3 on the left / K20Z3 with CTR Final Drive on the right

yeah, id rather have a higher top speed myself... the CTR tranny is good because its perfect for what the car is designed around... course racing. Not any chances to get over 175mph on any course.

MaggotSI
I don't have any personal experience with the company you posted a link for. I do know they are a vendor on a local board http://www.azht.net/ the bad thing is i think you have to register just to look at the forum now. If your looking for info on icb i'm sure you can find something out there.

Wow, that is awsome. I would rock that in a new york minute

I belive it would be more practical since it's a street car, who the hell is going to get up to 185 anyways. I have hit up 130mph on 5th gear, that was fun.

I was always a fan of changing my gearing on my CBR to make it more responsive on acceleration and lower top end (who the hell needs more than 150 mph in the city??). This would be AWESOME. However, I'm curious what the installation would be like (probably not a DIY for an amature) and how expensive it would be. $400 for a part, but $400 for installation would be silly.
