Default Headlight Question

I just got a repair order so I need to fix this...

The plug that goes on to the lightbulb slides off alot so my headlight goes out. Is there any way to make it stay on? I tried to tape it on but that only worked for about an hour...

Try a replacement bulb socket. They are only a few bucks at Kragen, Autozone, etc.

are you sure your plugging it in all the way?
Maybe the the bulb itself has bent/worn plugs, preventing the harness from securely staying on. Usualy headlight plugs are on very snug.

you could just pull the connecting wires out of the harness and tighten them so they will bite onto the prongs

You're probably either not putting it on all the way or the plug is broken. My car and my last one actually had the problem that they would stick sometimes.
