Default So it's the Gauge that is bad

As you know, I just recently installed gauges in my SI. I installed a Defi (Blue Racer) Oil Pressure and Boost Gauge, and a PLX wide band AF gauge.

As you may recall from my prior post, the boost gauge was not reading correctly. The gauge say's I am pushing 15 psi when I hammer the throttle. We all know that is not right. We assumed the problem was where we connected the hose for the sensor. I called Comptech and they told me there was a place under the fuel rail cover where you could screw in a special fitting (brass 10-32 thread to 1/8 barbed hose) and connect the boost gauge there. After 3 weeks of searching, I finally found the fitting and headed back to my mechanic. We re-routed all the tubing and connected the gauge up as Comptech stated.

We take of in the car and what does the gauge read when hitting the throttle? 15psi, in fact it read the same as before. We went back to the shop and hooked up a mechanical gauge, and went back on the road. The mechanical gauge read 4 to 6 psi, the correct number.

We came to the conclusion that the gauge or the sensor is bad. I have contacted the company I purchased the gauge from (Motor Web), and am waiting for the call back.

In the meantime I figured I would contact Defi. My problem is that I can find any information on HOW to get a hold of them.

Does any one on here have a number for Defi?

Thanks

I just used a T in the hose that goes into the mechanism on the bottom right of the blower.

Brain fart, can't think of the technical term.

Mine reads 3-5 psi from there though.

Keep in mind I'm @ 5500ft altitude. I lose a bit of boost up here
