Default New Tires!!... Need help........

I need new tires from my car but don't know which ones to get. I have Khumo Ecsta 711's now but want better traction and less road noise. Any comments would help

I don't know if anybody has had bad experiences with them but I haven't. I'm referring to Yokohama Parada Spec-2's. I found these Tires to not only perform whenever I needed it but I had very little road noise. Dunlop Direzza's are pretty good too, not bad in price either

honestly, it's going to be hard to find performance and a tire that will last a while and at the same time, generating little to no road noise.

Really? Cuz Toyo Proxes 4 suck for me...Good tread life but traction suck big time...I had them for 1 year and decided to change them to BF Goodrich G-Sports...so far my BF Goodrich G-Sports are around 11K miles and they still grip pretty well ...If your going with Toyo then I sugguest the Toyo T1R's...Proxes 4 doesn't cut it for traction...When I had the Proxes 4, I started losing traction after 8000 miles...

i'm on BF Goodrich G-Force Sport tires..

if i remember they were about $100/each..they're actually pretty good with turns and aren't that noisy..i'd say they're good for their money's worth..they're good all-season tires.

I am very unsatisfied with my Toyo Proxxie 4's. After using falken azenis, they are VERY noisey, and unresponsive. I would look @ something like an SPT.

My falkens were also expensive for the lack of performance.

For the price... kumho Ecsta SPT's are the best deal. Next choice for $10 more a tire yo ucan get the Dunlop Sport 9000's. Dunlops will out perform the SPT's but both will last 30k+ miles. Check out the tire/wheel forum for more details.

i would rather say falken first, kumho second, than g-force dragrads last ... depends on your usage ... i rather not spend to much thats why dragrads last but if you what max grip go dragrads cause i have this friend that ends up launching 4 car lengths off the line with his rear wheel drive twin turbo 300zx ... when he used other z rated tires he just spins on the line but with dragrads you cant really daily drive them ... if i didnt make sense ill re write this later ...

that's a little extreme for what he needs, although I will say falken Azenis are incredible
tires. You can take turns at was never thought possible.

Falken Zeix 512's or FK-452's are a better tire for your needs.

If he does not want road noise than the rt615's are not for him. Depends how much you wanna spend. What size are you looking for? I ride on Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 and I'm happy with them, they tear *** through the rain. I would vouch for the SPT and be curious on someone's opinion on the ECSTA MX.

i agree about the azenis. they are more of a road racing / autox tire imo.
