Need a distributer
I need a new distributer and I found this one http://store.summitracing.com/...w=sku on summit but this one has one different plug on so idk if it would work or not. Would this one work on my car, its a 1990 CRX DX. thanks.
looks the same as what honda has listed:

I dunno, I remember hearing a long time ago that there was a sensor added in 90 or 91 in the distributor... but don't take that as the gospel.. I'll probably get flamed for saying it and not knowing all the info

they show the same picture for all of the distributors - don't go by the picture - just order one for 90 CRX DX and you will get the right one
If you have a DX and it's stock, it has DPFI, instead of MPFI. The distributor is different and it is very likely the distributor you are looking at is the one for the MPFI, which does have a different shape plug. They are not the same and they are not interchangable.
I got one from Distributor King, for a DPFI and it seems to be well built, with improvements to address the heat issue which kills the stock unit's. It comes with a lifetime warranty, so it seemed to me that it was worth not having to fool with it again.
