Default Those who have done DIY OEM foglight install I have a ?

Ok, so I finally decided to install my foglights that i've had for years, everything went smooth. Only question I had is the last step on the instructions it says to connect the 1 pin connector (assuming it is the power) to the 7 pin connector (same as turnsignals and regular lights) But is says if using an aftermarket alarm to connect it to the alarm connector switch. Anyone know where I could find this? I don't really want to be messing around with the alarm wiring.

Thanks,
Jerry

i don't think it should really matter whether you have an alarm or not when the connector is connected, but even thani didn't even connect mine there.
i connected that pin wire to the fuse box so i can have the fogs turned on whenever i wanted to. such as corners on fogs on, corners off fogs on. or whatever scenario you choose, but make sure you get the right one otherwise if you have it in the wrong spot, and you leave the switch on, you'll be running fogs on even when the car is off

good luck.
