Default Low charging voltage???

So my car dies on me and I jump started it and it got me home. Took the battery to get it tested, tested out fine. Did a electrical test and found out I have a low charging voltage.... 12.6, 12.4 with loads on. But then tonight when I was coming home I notice it was reading 14.1-14.3 volts from my radar. It would jump back to the 12.6, it stayed at 14v for a few seconds then jump to 12v. So i think my alternator might be goofy or else my electrical is acting goofy. I tested the alternator its self and its sending out 12.5v tot he battery. I double checked all the connections and fuses and they all look fine. I think its the alternator but dont want to jump on it yet until someone else can comform it's the alternator.

Bad regulator, causing the rotor field circuit voltage to be lower, reducing the voltage created by the stator, output should be low as well, probably around 10A or so, well below the 65A minimum max output at full load.

If you can full field the alternator on a bench it should peak at 19V, do NOT do this in the car, as it will cause lights and the city of vegas (the ECU) to burn up XD.
