fuel pump question
Buy the one for the cradle that the fuel pump will sit in. I've never seen a Type R fuel pump before, but I would have no reason to believe that it would be any different from any other Civic or Integra.
If you have a Honda Civic, get one for a Honda Civic.

A stock fuel pump will be sufficient for most N/A builds, but this all depends on your line pressure and injector size, 250HP is about where people around here go to a Walbro 190 or bigger.
