Default How would you repair this steering wheel?

I have a few pictures of this steering wheel of mine, it has several tears, and the honk has some residue on it which i don't know what it is. Possibly grease? (Not sure) Also, the bolts either have rust, or its really dirty. And the MOMO logo is really dirty.

I got it for 50 bucks from a good friend of mine, I was wondering what i could do to fix this.

This is the best I can do for now, can't find my digital camera.

So how would I go about cleaning rust on the screws?
And this gunk off the honk?
And the cushion/leather?

I don't want to ruin my steering wheel so it's better i play it safe then sorry.

Honk? I'm sure you meant horn button. A wet rag will suffice.

Reupholster. Any reputable custom interior shop should be able to assist you.

you know that sharpie's ink comes off when you rub it right?

just clean it with WD40, or similar rust cleaner product.

the horn: is it plastic cap or it's metal?

50 bucks for that crap? he's not a close friend is he?

nah, i'm just not a big fan of blowing my money into hondas. well as much as i use too, i'm tired of being harassed by cops that's all. i was going to see if a tailor could repair the steering wheel. i was planning a k20 swap, but i just got tired of the cops pulling me over. even if i get it state ref'ed, the cops would keep looking for some wrong with my car.

the damage onthe steering wheel isn't serious, the scratch is about 4" long. everything else is fine, he also threw in a NRG quick release.
