Default O2 Sensor

I wanna do an exhaust change on my '01 LX. I plan on getting Kamikaze or Megan Racing headers and a Random Technology cat. I heard I need to extend the O2 sensors. Are there any wire kits of some sort, or do I have to lengthen my stock wires? If the second option is the way to go, anybody got any tips on how to DIY the wire stretching? Thanx!

You'll need to splice in some excess wire. The gauge is either 16 or 18, which most hardware stores do not carry. You'll need to go to an automotive parts distributor (like AutoZone) for the wiring. Then you'll need 2 butt splice joints per line (3 in total, if I remember correctly) of the right wire gauge. Then you'll need something to strip the coating around the wires, and crimp the butt splice joints.
