Default Slipped Timing belt on new ls/vtec!!!!

So im taking my freshly built ls/vtec out on its mayden voyage and i get almost all the wat around the block and took it to vtec...(i was tryin to get her a little broke in b4 tune thurs.)...and my timing belt came off, the crank bolt backed off and let it slip...i also have some oil in my spark plug holes...is the motor screwed or what???

Oil in the spark plugs holes is caused by either not having the gaskets there or they are in wrong. And have you tried starting the car again? I hope this is not a brand new motor because it's a REALLY bad idea to even drive it let alone go WOT with out a tune
