Default Will the wire harness from a 89 Civic Dx work for a ZC DOHC engine?

i have an 89 honda civic dx hatch.
i have a 96 single cam vtec in it now,
but i want to get the zc dohc,
and i was wondering if i could use the wire harness from an 89 civic dx and the computer as well please let me know thanks.

*****************FOR SALE*********************
THIS IS IS CURRENTLY IN MY 89 HONDA CIVIC DX.
ITS A D16 SINGLE CAM VTEC.
THIS MOTOR HAS AN UNKNOWN MILEAGE.
THE REASON Y IM SELLING IT IS BECAUSE I WANT TO UPGRADE TO A ZC.
I RECENTLY TOOK IT TO THE MECHANIC AND CHAGED THE CAM SEAL, CRANK SEAL, TIMING BELT, WATER PUMP, SPARK PLUGS, SPARK PLUG WIRES, DISTRIBUTOR CAP, THE IGNITION ROTOR INSIDE THE CAP, AND THERMOSTAT. THE OIL CHANGE HAS BEEN DONE RECENTLY AS WELL.I HAVE RECEIPTS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE. ENGINE IS IN REALLY GOOD SHAPE. IT ALSO NEEDS A TPS (THROTTLE BODY) SENSOR. AND I BELIEVE LIKE 1 MORE SENSOR. OTHER THAN THAT EVRYTHING IS FINE. IVE SPENT ABOUT $265 IN PARTS AND LABOR. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. I WILL THROW IN THE WIRE HARNESS AS WELL. I HONESTLY DONT KNOW THE CONDITION OF THE HARNESS . IM OPEN TO TRADE FOR A BODY KIT, OR JUST CASH NO SHIPPING. PICK UP ONLY. IF INTERESTED LET ME KNOW AND I WILL TRY TO GET PICTURES TO YOU AS SOON AS I CAN.

you will still have to wire it for mpfi which is running two extra wires to the ecu

well wait, now that i re read ur post u say that you have a sohc vtec in it running currently? that is already a mpfi motor so if that motor was running in ur car then yes use that harness and you wont have to do any wiring

you'll need a pg7 88-89 integra ecu or jdm pm7 ecu for the ZC... you can also use the pm6 but it wont be as fast.

PM7 is optimum, then I'd say PM6 then PG7. Those PG7 ecus are kinda *** IMO, you can't chip them easily and I've had two just crap out on me, versus no PM6's crapping you. Alternatively, you CAN run an obd0 PR4, but it'll run a bit rich.
